Please register and pay for the field trip as early as possible to help ensure the best booking rates for accommodations.
Note that any final pre-8PM drop-offs in Nairobi might need to be arranged at own cost and effort, as the 4-day post-conference trip cannot guarantee earlier arrival and drop-offs on Tuesday the 11th of August. When known, please, communicate preferred drop-off times and places to Martin (klausen@sun.ac.za), for coordination and potentially allowing earlier drop-off. PRICES IN US$ and based on citizenship (to be paid together with conference registration fees). Please, provide treasurer Patrick (patrick.kariuki@dkut.ac.ke) and Martin (klausen@sun.ac.za), with proof of payment, copy of passport and detailing type of accommodation.

Health Advisory: Delegates attending the field trips should review the itinerary and discuss appropriate health and safety measures with their travel clinic or healthcare provider before travel.
